The inventive minds at Creative Displays Now, an online brand of Great Northern Corporation, brought home four OMA Awards for their work with Perrier, Tradewinds Tea, 3M, and Purina. One gold, a silver, and two bronze medals were awarded for the style and ingenuity displayed by the four in store displays.
Gold: Perrier “Best Trip Ever” Topper
The “Best Trip Ever” topper was designed to integrate with existing product stacks to display eye-catching design and Perrier creative to promote Perrier’s “Best Trip Ever” Sweepstakes. The topper came out on top at the OMAs with a gold medal for temporary supermarket displays.
The design team at Creative Displays Now (CDN) took home top honors from the Outstanding Merchandising Achievement (OMA) awards show at the prestigious 2015 GlobalShop conference and trade show. Sponsored by industry organization Point of Purchase Advertising International (POPAI), the event took place in the spring of this year, and recognized companies that have achieved exceptional results in the retail display marketplace. Creative Displays Now, the online brand of Great Northern Corporation, won 10 awards at the “Design of the Times” competition, part of the 2013 Shopper Marketing Expo in Chicago. Included in these awards was a Platinum and three Golds.

Creative Displays Now, a division of Great Northern Corporation, took home six total awards, including the gold award at GlobalShop 2013 in Chicago for its Goal Zero floor display stands. With more than 500 exhibitors in this year’s competition, we’re proud that our design and innovation was able to achieve gold award status.

Innovatively designed to display a broad selection, the Goal Zero floor display stand targets active, higher discretionary income adults that feel the need to remain connected at all times. The rechargability of the Goal Zero product line appeals to the environmental ideals and values of the target audience and the desire to have digital entertainment in remote locations for those that are on the go.

The Goal Zero display showcases the product line’s inter-connectivity while maintaining structural integrity that is able to support high “touch-and-play” traffic.
The design and innovation of this display was able to drive a sales increase four times that of the product’s previous history.
